Terms of Service
Effective 26 August 2026. These terms apply to everyone who uses BookNow.
1. Who you are contracting with
BookNow is operated by Yiftach, a sole trader based in Israel (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at freemansseo@gmail.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
2. What the service does
BookNow is booking and scheduling software for service businesses. It provides a dashboard, a public booking page and a mini-site, and it sends appointment notifications on your behalf. You are the business; your customers are your customers.
3. Early access, and what that means
The service is currently in early access and is provided free of charge. There is no subscription, no card on file, and nothing to cancel. We may introduce paid plans later; if we do, we will tell you by email before any charge, and you will be free to stop using the service instead.
Because it is early access, features may change or be removed, and we do not offer an uptime guarantee. Do not rely on BookNow as the only record of anything you cannot afford to lose.
4. Payments between you and your customers
We do not process payments. BookNow does not collect, hold or transmit card details, and no payment provider is connected. Where a price is shown, it is a record of what you have agreed with your customer; collecting it is entirely between the two of you. Any dispute about money for a booking is yours to resolve with your customer.
5. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- the accuracy of what you publish — your services, prices, hours and policies;
- having a lawful basis to store your customers’ details, and to send them the notifications and marketing you enable;
- the security of your account credentials, and of any staff you invite;
- complying with the law that applies to your own business.
You may not use the service to send unsolicited bulk messages, to impersonate anyone, or to store data you have no right to hold.
6. Your data stays yours
You keep all rights to the content and customer records you put into BookNow. We use them only to run the service for you. You can export your client list at any time from the dashboard, and you can ask us to delete your account and its data by emailing us.
7. Availability and liability
The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost bookings, lost revenue or lost goodwill.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
8. Ending the arrangement
You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or that is being used to harm others — and where it is practical to do so, we will tell you why first.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice by email or in the dashboard before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and any dispute will be heard by the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, Israel.
